This has a simple and easy to read face. I needed to be able to read the time quickly and unnoticeably, which I can with this. It is stylish and the date is fairly clear.



Only one criticism, which is the strap is a bit on the short side (one strap 3.5cm, one strap 5cm, total length without buckle 19.5 cm) It's 'given' over the few weeks I've had it and is easier to fasten now, but was quite a struggle to start with, and I wouldn't describe my wrists as particularly big!!



I would recommend this product.

Brought this as a watch for my partner for work.

She wore it for a couple of months and then the indiglo (backlight) function failed, a new battery did not fix it and it was then returned and replaced by amazon for a new one with no fuss from them.

New one arrived in super fast time and all was well....Until around two months later the same thing happened again.

Due to the value of the item and the fact that the watch still works (minus the indiglo) my partner says she will put up with it but if you buy this watch for the indiglo function you may be dissapointed.



P.s we have another Timex indiglo that has worked with no problems at all for over a year so the fault appears to be with this model, not all Timex Indiglo watches.

However, the strap is short. I am fairly small and I have to use the 6th hole in the strap. There are only two more holes to make it bigger. Not a problem for me but I think it would be too small for many people.

When this item arrived, the packaging was squashed as it was insuffienciently wrapped to protect it.

As for the watch itself, it looks pretty but is made of plastic, I expected it to be metal being a timex and the elasticated strap does not grip onto the fastener, so when my daughter wears it it comes undone too easily.

I would have returned it had I kept the packaging that was already damaged, but I didn't realise until all the wrapping had been thrown away at christmas.

have had these watches for years and now theyre a bit childish for me so ive been looking to get a new one but i dont think i could live without the night light! the only thing is the silver paint around the face isnt there anymore and instead its just the white plastic underneath. We took it back to Asda (where i bought it for £10) and they exchanged it- no hassle, no questions asked!



dont be afraid to go swimming with it - although they say if it says its under 50m water resistant it only means its splashproof! NO way! this watch (and the other ones like it) is absolutly fine under water! just dont press any buttons underwater (says the manual!!!!)

This watch looks very nice and is easy to read. The face can be lit so it can be read in the dark. The only problem is the cheap strap. My daughter had this watch for two weeks from new when the strap broke with no particular trauma to the watch. It just fell off in the playground and was handed in to lost property. She was lucky not to loose it altogether. With a nice new leather strap it now seems excellent, just a shame it could not have been sold with a decent strap in the first place.
